Who provides the chauffeur service?
London Direct Chauffeurs Ltd handles your enquiry, quote, payment and journey. This site is a separate guide and sends booking requests to LDC.
Where will my chauffeur meet me at the airport?
Your confirmed booking gives the agreed meeting point and contact method. Send your flight number and terminal or FBO before travel. Airport arrangements change, so follow the current instructions from LDC and the airport.
How do I choose the right car?
Start with passengers and luggage. A saloon suits a small party with modest bags. A V-Class is often better for a group. The fleet guide gives indicative capacities and LDC confirms actual fit and availability.
Is the S-Class in the photo the exact vehicle I receive?
No. It is an illustrative new-shape design image. Ask LDC to confirm the actual model, year and vehicle allocated to your date.
Can I book an hourly chauffeur?
Yes. Provide the starting address, date, expected hours, stops and passenger count. LDC confirms minimum hire, mileage and any extra charges in the quote.
Do you arrange journeys outside London?
Yes, request a quote for longer UK routes or a multi-day plan. Availability, vehicle and driver arrangements depend on the itinerary.
Will I see a price before payment?
London Direct Chauffeurs provides a quote or booking price and applicable terms through its own booking process. Check waiting, parking, tolls and changes in the confirmation.
What if my flight or event time changes?
Contact LDC promptly with the updated details. The team confirms the revised pickup plan and any difference in fare or availability.
