Name the handling facility, aircraft timing and destination so the car arrives at the right place.
THE DETAILS
Private aviation collections need more than an airport code. Many airfields have more than one handler or entrance. The aircraft operator or handling agent should confirm the FBO and collection instructions before the chauffeur is dispatched.
Start with the FBO
For Farnborough, Biggin Hill, London Luton, Stansted or another UK airfield, send the full handling facility name, flight details and the lead passenger’s contact. Access to the airside apron is controlled and should never be assumed.

Coordinate crew, principal and luggage
A principal, travelling family and flight crew may have different departure times or destinations. List each party separately and explain any extra stops. Choose vehicles around the luggage as well as the number of seats.
Meet and greet depends on access
The agreed meeting point may be at the FBO reception or another permitted collection point. Ask the aircraft handler and LDC to confirm their instructions. If the flight moves to another airfield, tell the booking team as soon as the new plan is known.
Beyond the airfield
Private flight arrivals often continue to Mayfair, central London, country hotels or an event. For a continuing day, hourly hire may be more suitable than a single point-to-point transfer.
