EVENTS & HOSPITALITY
Arrive ready.
Leave on your plan.
A clear arrival point and a workable return matter most when a venue empties at once.
THE DETAILS
Event travel often fails at the return pickup. Venue restrictions, road closures and busy exits make a precise collection point important. Share the event, venue, ticket times and the number of travellers so LDC can confirm a suitable journey plan.
Venue access comes first
An entrance used before an event may be closed to vehicles afterward. Confirm the venue’s current pickup and drop-off instructions and follow the chauffeur’s agreed meeting directions on the day.
Concerts, sport and exhibitions
London enquiries often involve the O2, ExCeL, Wembley, Wimbledon or stadium events. Each has different access arrangements. For out-of-town venues, describe any hospitality parking pass or reserved collection zone when you enquire.
The return plan
Choose a fixed return time or ask for waiting and hourly hire if the finish is uncertain. Give the lead passenger’s mobile contact and explain if guests may leave at different times.
- Venue name and entrance
- Event timing and return preference
- Passenger count and contact
Groups and multiple vehicles
A group with six or more people may need several vehicles or a minibus. Share seating and luggage needs before the day. Large events should have a named coordinator who can communicate changes.
